This role requires someone who can manage on-floor production, supervise workers and interns, coordinate dispatch and ordering of materials, and ensure production orders are completed efficiently and reported to the office on time. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities and manage on-floor workflow. Lead and motivate factory workers and interns to maintain productivity and quality.
